UETS Holds ‘Dream Team’ Youth Leadership Conference

Last week , April 25-27, UETS held the Youth Leadership Conference called ‘Dream Team’.

The conference was conducted as part of the ‘Formation of Young Leaders’ Program events, with the seminary serving as a platform for fostering interaction between young ministers, on the one hand, and theologians and professionals in different fields, on the other hand. This platform enables them to communicate and share experiences effectively.

During the ‘Dream Team’ Youth Leadership Conference the teams from different cities came to acquire not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills applicable to their ministries. The participants of the Dream Team Youth Conference learned about the importance of teamwork in ministry, the stages of its formation, and development.

We rejoice to witness young individuals eager to enhance and strengthen their ministries. Here’s an inside look at the youth leadership conference held over the weekend. Throughout the conference, teams engaged in various activities, including defining their values, mastering delegation and role-sharing within teams, studying effective team-building models, understanding the purpose of teams in God’s mission with reference to the Trinity, and exploring real-life teamwork scenarios depicted in the Holy Scriptures. Practical exercises were conducted to assess strengths and weaknesses, offering a deeper understanding of team dynamics and the mechanics of team building.

It was a wonderful time of fellowship, team building, and strengthened relationships among all conference participants.
