The Seminary’s Board of Trustees is composed of representatives from Ukrainian churches, educational institutions, foundations, and businesses. This breadth of experience and expertise ensures effective oversight of the seminary’s operations. The Board meets twice a year on a regular basis, with special meetings convened as needed. Its members approve the seminary’s budget, review the President’s reports, and address other significant matters concerning the institution.
