Today, the news of the resurrection of Christ and salvation He brought comforts us as never before. It is the news about light and strength in the situation of darkness and helplessness, which reminds us of the eternal hope and joy we find in Jesus.
Amid tremendous losses and casualties Ukraine suffers daily, non-stop grieving for our killed fellow citizens, and continued uncertainty looming over the prospects for peace, we choose to celebrate the Savior’s victory over evil and death.
This bright holiday of Easter, let the truth about the victory of Christ be our comfort, hope and inspiration to continue persevering, serving and spreading His peace and love in this broken world. May the risen Christ fill our hearts with unearthly peace, joy, and everlasting hope.
