On March 21, UETS held a pastoral breakfast-consultation titled Urban Mission. The event focused on the theme “Church Team: Principles of Building, Challenges, and Opportunities.” Around 25 participants — pastors and ministry leaders from different cities of Ukraine — attended the event.
The gathering opened with a meaningful time of worship led by Pastor Serhii Lvov. This was followed by presentations from Andrii Bilonozhko (Salvation Church) and Vasyl Karpiuk (Transfiguration Church), who shared personal experiences in building and developing church teams.
The event created a safe space for pastors to share their thoughts, challenges, and struggles in ministry.

“The mode of the event (pastoral breakfast) was truly valuable for me. Beyond the honest communication, which is often lacking in pastoral ministry, I took away several practical ideas I want to implement in my community, and I also recognized some mistakes in my own approach to ministry.”
