Today, the Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary employs 77 full-time faculty and staff. The majority of the faculty are ministers and leaders of local churches who actively practice what they teach. Fifteen UETS faculty members hold PhDs, fulfilling one of the Ukrainian government’s key requirements for licensed educational institutions — a status UETS has recently obtained.
